In Ontario, Paralegals licensed through the Law Society of Ontario are Commissioners of Taking Oaths by default. In August of 2020 legislation was amended to permit Licensed Paralegals to be appointed as Notary Publics. ADL Paralegal offers both Commissioning and Notary services. It is understood that these services are usually done with convenience in mind. At ADL Paralegal that convenience factor is in the forefront of our pricing for Notary Public or Commissioning Services. Clients that wish to pay in cash don’t have to stress about exact change. We have made it easy.
In Office Services are as follows:
First page/ Signature: $44.25 plus $5.75 HST =$50.00
Each subsequent page/ Signature: $22.12 plus $2.88 HST =$25.00
Rush/ After Hour Services*:
First page/ Signature: $53.10 plus $6.90 HST =$60.00
Each subsequent page/ Signature: $30.97 plus $4.03 HST = $35.00
