Although we love meeting with our clients to build and strengthen our relationships, through face to face interactions; it is just not possible right now. As you know Waterloo region has been placed in the Grey Zone. As such we have had to adapt our business once again to help keep the community safe. During this incredibly difficult time for many we want to reassure you that, we will to the best of our abilities continue to advocate for the best interests of our clients. To do our part to help keep the community safe, our COVID-19 Grey Zone measures are as follows:
- We are working remotely whenever possible.
- All applications and claims are being submitted electronically where permitted.
- All meetings will be held by appointment, via video or phone conference. No in person meetings will take place during this time.
- We have currently elected to suspend all Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths services until further notice.
- All in person payments are currently suspended until further notice. Please contact our office for personalized instructions on how to make your payments.
This pandemic has challenged us as a community to adapt to our new way of life. ADL Paralegal is so proud of the community and the perseverance demonstrated daily. We are in this together and we will get through this together.
